    Mr Jarven uses OpenAI's APIs to provide AI tutoring services. We want to be absolutely clear that your questions, chats, uploaded documents, and any other content are NEVER used to train our AI models or OpenAI's models. All your data is:

    • Encrypted during transmission and storage
    • Processed solely to provide you with educational assistance
    • Never used for model training or improvement
    • Not shared with OpenAI or any third parties for training purposes
    • Protected under strict data processing agreements

    7. Content and Intellectual Property

    7.1 Your Content

    You retain ownership of content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your content to provide our services, but NOT to train AI models.

    7.2 AI-Generated Content
